Inmate Escapes Maiduguri Maximum-Security Custodial Centre

The Borno State Command of the Nigerian Correctional Service has announced the escape of an inmate from the Maximum-Security Custodial Centre in Maiduguri. The escapee was identified on his prison uniform as John Israel.
