Open Heavens Devotional – Power in Your Hands (March 29, 2026)
Today’s theme reminds us that God has anointed your hands for healing and miracles. Our memory verse from Mark 16:18 assures us that those who believe will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover. In Mark 1:40–45, a leper cried out, “If you will, you can make me clean.” Jesus touched him, and he was immediately healed. Later, Peter laid hands on a lame man in Acts 3:1–11, and God’s power flowed through him to restore the man’s health. Jesus promised in John 14:12 that anyone who believes will do greater works. By faith, your hands become channels of God’s power. When you touch the sick, deliverance and restoration follow. If you are a believer, exercise your faith by laying hands on those in need. Medical professionals can invite prayer before treatment, trusting in the Lord who heals. Key Point: Christian hands are God’s instruments of healing and restoration.
