Zadok Yohanna Makes Brighton Debut in Europa Conference League Draw

Zadok Yohanna made his competitive debut for Brighton & Hove Albion in their goalless UEFA Europa Conference League playoff first-leg draw with Tromsø on Thursday. The 19-year-old came on in the 87th minute for Ferdi Kadioglu. Brighton controlled much of the match, recording 25 shots and six efforts on target, but could not break Tromsø’s defence. Yohanna, who joined Brighton from Swedish club AIK this summer, will hope for another appearance when the teams meet in next Thursday’s second leg. The aggregate winner will qualify for the 2026/27 Conference League league phase.
