PIG October Electoral Map Projects APC Ahead in 19 States, NDC 10 and ADC 8

The Political Intelligence Group has released its October electoral map for the 2027 presidential election, projecting the APC to win 19 states, the NDC 10 states and the ADC eight states if an election were held now. The group said the map is a monthly assessment of political developments and party mobilisation, not a prediction of the final result. It said the projection assumes that the election is free and fair. According to the assessment, the APC dropped from 20 projected states in September to 19 in October after losing Rivers, while gaining Adamawa. The ADC also lost Adamawa and moved from nine projected states to eight, while the NDC rose from eight states to 10.
