Hrgovic Predicts Joshua and Fury Are Nearing Retirement Ahead of Proposed December Fight

Filip Hrgovic has claimed that Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury may be close to the end of their boxing careers, despite the proposed December showdown between the two British heavyweights. Speaking after Daniel Dubois’ title defence at the O2 Arena, Hrgovic said Joshua could have only one fight left. He made a similar prediction about Fury, while describing him as a major figure in the heavyweight division. Hrgovic also criticised Fabio Wardley, Efe Ajagba and Murat Gassiev, but backed Moses Itauma to become a future undisputed heavyweight champion if he recovers well from his setback. A possible bout between Hrgovic and mandatory challenger Frank Sanchez is also being considered.
