Police in Umuahia, Abia State, have arrested a barber identified as Emeka after a neighbour accused him of making threats. During a reported search of his one-room apartment on July 28, officers allegedly found a clay pot containing shaved human hair, along with other items described as fetish objects. Emeka reportedly acknowledged that the pot belonged to him but did not explain its purpose or how he obtained the hair. Police from the Central Police Station, Umuahia, took him into custody as investigations continue.
