Do not neglect your health, rest, spiritual growth, or future while assuming that people will always be available to help. Friends and family are gifts, yet human help has limits. Place your confidence in God, not in people. Care for your body, make responsible decisions, and prepare for the future without becoming selfish. Meditation: Am I relying more on people than on God while neglecting my own well-being? Prayer: Father, teach me to steward my life wisely, care for myself with humility, and trust in You above every human relationship. Amen.
