A California federal judge has dismissed Cassie Ventura from Clayton Howard’s lawsuit over allegations linked to Sean “Diddy” Combs’ alleged parties. The dismissal was issued with prejudice, meaning Howard cannot bring the same claims against Ventura again. Howard had accused Ventura and Combs of exploiting him during alleged paid sexual encounters over several years. Ventura denied the allegations. The judge dismissed the racketeering, sex-trafficking and human-trafficking claims against her. Howard may amend parts of his wider case against Combs within two weeks. His claims against Combs are still ongoing, while Ventura has also alleged that Howard harassed and threatened her on social media.
