Osimhen Responds to Critics After Ending Champions League Goal Drought
Victor Osimhen says criticism will not shake his confidence after scoring in Galatasaray’s 4-2 Champions League win over Lille. The Super Eagles striker ended a three-match scoreless run with Galatasaray’s fourth goal in the 61st minute. He had faced criticism over his form and on-pitch frustration following his return from a groin injury. Osimhen said difficult spells are part of football and insisted he remains confident in his ability. He added that Galatasaray’s collective success matters more than his personal statistics as the team prepares for a league clash with Fenerbahçe.
