Lecturer Suing Polytechnic Over Unfair Dismissal Found Dead Before Court Hearing, Lawyer Alleges
A human rights lawyer reports that his client, a former polytechnic lecturer challenging his dismissal, was discovered dead in a pool of blood just days before the defence hearing. The lecturer had filed suit at the National Industrial Court, accusing the school management of unlawful and unjust termination. Under cross-examination, his testimony remained unshaken and his legal team had confidence in their case. Shortly before the school was due to open its defence, the lawyer says his client was “brutally murdered by agents of darkness.” He also recalls other unsettling incidents, including his counsel falling ill after a car breakdown on the day they were to discontinue the matter. The lawyer warned that those responsible will face judgement one day.
