Apple TV Launches in Nigeria Through ₦1,300 iCloud+ Bundle
Apple TV is now officially available in Nigeria through an iCloud+ bundle starting at ₦1,300 per month. The plan includes 50GB of iCloud+ storage, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, Family Sharing for up to five people and Apple Music Select. The launch gives Nigerians official access to Apple originals such as Severance and Ted Lasso. Apple TV has a smaller catalogue than Netflix, but its entry price is lower than Netflix’s cheapest plan in Nigeria. Android users can watch Apple TV through the official Android app or a web browser. However, Apple Arcade and iCloud+ are mainly useful on Apple devices, so iPhone users will get more from the full bundle. Existing Nigerian Apple TV and Apple Arcade subscribers will be moved to iCloud+. Their standalone subscriptions will be cancelled, while Apple Arcade users will keep their saved game progress.
