Deputy Senate President Barau Dismisses Aide Over Alleged Anti-APC Activities
Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin has removed Rashida Adamu, also known as Rashida Mai Sa’a, from her role as a special assistant. His media office said the decision followed allegations that she made remarks capable of inciting supporters, worked against the APC’s interests and disparaged the senator. The dismissal comes after another aide, Umar Alhassan, known as King Indara, was reportedly removed over a social-media post directed at Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf. The allegations against the former aides have not been independently established in the statement.
