16-Year-Old Boy Avoids Jail After Raping 12-Year-Old Sister Who Gave Birth

A 16-year-old boy received a three-year suspended sentence after raping his 12-year-old sister in their home in the Czech Republic’s Karlovy Vary region. The abuse began when he was 15 and continued until she went into labour in late 2024. Family and schoolmates did not suspect her pregnancy until she was admitted to hospital in extreme pain. A paternity test confirmed that the newborn was his child. The baby boy has been placed in foster care. In a Pilsen court hearing, the judge ordered the defendant to attend offender therapy and pay more than 10,000 in compensation to his sister.
