Angelina Jolie, Robert De Niro and Other Stars Reportedly Hit by Contact-Data Leak

Angelina Jolie, Robert De Niro and several other Hollywood figures reportedly had contact details exposed after publicly accessible databases linked to the Tribeca Film Festival were discovered. Cybersecurity researcher Jeremiah Fowler said the records included names, phone numbers and private email addresses. Other names reportedly listed included Martin Scorsese, George Lucas, Rami Malek, Sharon Stone, Michael Douglas and Danny Boyle. Fowler said he alerted the festival and the databases were taken offline. Tribeca is said to be investigating, while a source claimed that most of the exposed contacts belonged to managers and agents rather than the celebrities themselves. There is no evidence that the information was accessed or misused before it was secured.
