Lagos Begins Enforcement of 2026 Parking Permits, Warns Defaulters of Fines
The Lagos State Parking Authority has started enforcing the 2026 parking permit regulations across its operational zones in the state. The authority said the action follows the end of an extended grace period given to customers to regularise their activities and obtain valid permits. Defaulters may face substantial fines and immediate suspension of operations. LASPA said the enforcement is intended to improve compliance with approved parking rules, strengthen accountability and streamline parking management across Lagos.
