FCDA Construction Division Honours Engr. Bello Kabir on Retirement After 34 Years
The Construction Division of the Federal Capital Development Authority held a valedictory ceremony for Engr. Bello Kabir following his retirement from the FCT Civil Service after 34 years. Kabir joined the service in January 1992 and worked on construction and public-building projects in Abuja. Colleagues described him as a committed civil and structural engineer who mentored younger staff and upheld professional standards. At the ceremony, he thanked FCDA management, supervisors and colleagues for their support. He urged serving officers to remain humble, professional and committed to public service as he begins retirement.
