Sporting Lagos Coach Buter Hails 3-0 Derby Win Over Inter Lagos
Sporting Lagos earned their first win of the 2026/27 NPFL season with a convincing 3-0 derby victory over Inter Lagos at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan. Sodiq Ayoade, Aliyu Baba and Valentine Ogwu scored as Sporting Lagos claimed all three points in the Matchday 3 fixture. Head coach Jeffery Buter praised his players for their response after the opening-day defeat to Doma United.
