A client in Okota, Lagos, is hiring a customer-focused and organised Customer Service Representative. The role pays ₦100,000–₦150,000 net monthly and runs from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include attending to customers, supporting in-store sales, processing and dispatching orders, handling enquiries, processing payments, and reconciling daily sales. The successful candidate will also maintain sales and inventory records, receive and arrange stock, conduct stock counts, prepare basic reports, and keep the store organised. Applicants should have experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related role.
