Tems and Runtown Deliver Intimate Spotify Surround Sound Performances in Lagos

Tems and Runtown performed for selected Spotify Premium listeners at the platform’s two-night Surround Sound event in Lagos. The live format brought fans close to the artistes in an intimate setting while the performances were filmed as full-length music features. Tems performed songs including “Ice T,” “Damages,” “Try Me,” “Love Me JeJe” and “What You Need,” inviting the audience to sing along. Runtown followed with tracks such as “Lagos to Kampala,” “Gallardo,” “For Life” and “Mad Over You.” Runtown said the event marked his first performance with a live band in 10 years. Spotify said the filmed sets, titled “Surround Sound presents Tems” and “Surround Sound presents Runtown,” will be released on dates to be announced.
