Monarch Marks 40 Years of Marriage, Advises Couples on Patience and Trust

The traditional ruler of Abacha in Idemili North LGA has marked 40 years of marriage and advised young people and intending couples to build their relationships on patience, sincerity, trust and love. He said marriage requires couples to tolerate each other’s shortcomings and work together to resolve disagreements. According to him, faith can also provide strength during difficult periods. The monarch warned against allowing parents, friends or other outsiders to interfere excessively in marital disputes. He urged couples to avoid comparing their marriages with others and to handle challenges as a team.
