Musiala Scores on Bayern Return After Absence-Seizure Diagnosis
Jamal Musiala says he is gradually regaining his rhythm after scoring on his return to Bayern Munich’s starting lineup in a 5-0 Champions League win over Bodø/Glimt. The 23-year-old had been sidelined after a neurological condition caused absence seizures during pre-season. He previously collapsed in friendly matches and required treatment and medication adjustments. Musiala said he was delighted to score and thanked Bayern’s coach and teammates for their support during his recovery. Vincent Kompany also praised the midfielder, saying the club will continue to support him while he focuses on his performances.
