I used a skincare vendor's lightening soap, cream and scrub twice daily for two years. I stopped using them after I ran short of money. About six months later, I developed a painful red swelling on my left leg. Since then, I have noticed spider veins appearing on my legs, hands and other parts of my body. Can this be treated, and what could be causing it? Please recommend a qualified dermatologist or skin clinic that can help. I have attached before-and-after photos.
