Florida Teacher Allegedly Groomed and Raped 13-Year-Old Student
In Florida, 41-year-old teacher Daniel Le Lievre is accused of dating a student’s mother in October 2023 to get closer to her 13-year-old daughter. Authorities say he groomed the teenager for months, teaching her Morse code and exchanging secret messages. The victim told investigators Le Lievre lured her into his home over the 2023–24 holiday break. He allegedly followed her at Christmas, forced her to strip, and assaulted her before ordering her to stay silent. When their four-month relationship ended in January 2024, the teacher reportedly confessed to the mother that his real aim was to target her daughter. Le Lievre was arrested in March 2026 and faces charges including custodial sexual battery and abuse of a minor by an authority figure.
