The Courage to Begin Again: Fresh Mercy Every Morning
Starting over after failure takes real courage. It is easy to begin when motivation is high, but it is harder to rise after repeated mistakes, regrets and broken promises. Lamentations 3:22–23 reminds us that God’s love and compassion do not run out. His mercy is new every morning. We do not have to remain trapped by yesterday’s failures or believe that we are beyond restoration. Beginning again does not erase the past. It means accepting God’s grace, learning from what happened and taking the next faithful step. Choose to rise today, trusting that God’s offer of mercy is real. Confession: I acknowledge that sex is sacred and designed by God for divine purposes. By His grace, I will honour its sanctity. Amen.
