Shell Graduate Programme 2027: Launch Your Career with Leadership Training

Shell Graduate Programme 2027: Launch Your Career with Leadership Training

Shell’s Graduate Programme 2027 offers a global framework for career growth. You will benefit from future leadership training, job rotations, on-the-job challenges, formal coaching and a strong work–life balance. Eligible candidates must be graduates or in their final year of study. You should have strong analytical skills, adaptability to feedback and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. The application process has three stages: a virtual job tryout with an on-demand interview, a virtual case study session with an interview and then an employment offer upon successful completion. Intakes are held in February, May, August and November, depending on the country. After your first submission, any reapplication within ten months will follow the result of your initial attempt.

To make the most of this programme, plan goals for each rotation and seek regular feedback from coaches for continuous improvement.
