Why Saying ‘Yeshua’ Instead of ‘Jesus’ Feels So Uncomfortable

You might not realise how much familiarity can masquerade as truth. We grow used to certain words and accept them as fact. Imagine a Nigerian church where a new pastor prays, “In the name of Yeshua, come out.” To many, it sounds strange. Some feel uncomfortable or even suspect diabolic powers. This example shows how deeply ingrained our expectations can blind us to deeper truths. It makes you wonder how often we mistake familiarity for reality.
