Super Eagles defender Chibuike Nwaiwu has played down reports linking him with a move to Fulham. Speaking after Trabzonspor’s 2-1 Turkish Süper Lig win over İstanbul Başakşehir, the 23-year-old said he remains focused on his current club and contract. “I saw the news you mentioned. However, I want to focus on my football and the game I’m playing. I already have a contract,” Nwaiwu said. He also praised Mohamed Salah, describing the Egyptian forward as a difficult opponent who demands total concentration from defenders.
