They are also effective in boosting the learning of elementary school children. In addition to this, the Dragon can teach kids to solve difficult problems without wasting time on preparation. The Science and Mathematics Education Program (SEMSAME) offers a PhD program. The Science & Mathematics Education Program (SMEP) trains students for careers in STEM. The program helps them gain the necessary skills to be successful in this field. Besides, the curriculum emphasizes civic responsibility, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Moreover, it teaches students to develop their own skills. By providing a strong foundation in science, students are better prepared to face the challenges that face in today's world. The ASMS Summer Program encourages students to gain experience in different aspects of math and science. They can participate in the activities of the program. This program is held in the middle of June each year. Throughout the summer, hundreds of thousands of students participate in the summer programs. The goal is to give students the opportunity to learn, network, and have fun. In addition, the school also sponsors a statewide competition for the first time.
