Fulham Set to Offer Super Eagles Defender Calvin Bassey New Long-Term Deal
Fulham are reportedly preparing a new long-term contract for Super Eagles defender Calvin Bassey, whose current deal has one year left to run. The London club can extend his existing contract by another year until 2028, but are said to be keen on securing the 26-year-old’s future on improved terms. Bassey joined Fulham from Ajax in July 2023 and has become a key part of the team’s defence. He won the club’s Player of the Season award for the 2024/25 campaign and has made 105 appearances in all competitions.
