The family of the late Nollywood veteran Adekola Gabriel Oyewo has announced his burial programme in Osun State. A private interment will take place at Labaluyegbe Villa, Oba-Ile, reserved for close family and associates. Public rites begin with a wake-keep and service of songs at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Igboya, Ile-Ife, followed by a commemorative mass and an artistes’ night at Oduduwa Hall, Obafemi Awolowo University. An exhibition of Oyewo’s works will run at the Pit Theatre, African Studies Building, OAU. The burial service at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Oba-Ile, will precede his interment, with a public reception at Aderonmu Grammar School Field.

If you can't attend the private service, consider sending a floral tribute or sharing memories online to show your respect.
