Prove All Things: Testing Prophetic Messages by Scripture

Beware of false prophets in sheep’s clothing (Matthew 7:15). We must examine every teaching against God’s Word and the revelations He gives. In our work since the 1840s, we’ve seen many misleading visions and claims about Christ’s coming, the end times, and other events. By relying on God’s wisdom, we’ve weighed each theory against Scripture and the testimonies given to us. Christ warned, “Take heed how ye hear” (Luke 8:18) and Paul urged, “Prove all things” (1 Thessalonians 5:21). Let us follow this counsel.
