Falconets Shift Focus to Colombia After 3-0 Win Over England
Falconets coach Moses Aduku has told his players to move on quickly from their 3-0 Round of 16 victory over England and focus on Colombia in Sunday’s FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup quarter-final in Lodz. Aduku said Nigeria ended its celebrations immediately after the England match because Colombia will be a tough opponent. Colombia reached the quarter-finals after knocking out hosts Poland. Nigeria previously beat Colombia 1-0 in the semi-finals of the 2010 edition. The Falconets will now be aiming for another win and a place in the last four.
