NTI–UNILORIN Graduates Demand Certificates Years After Graduation

We are appealing to the National Teachers’ Institute, the University of Ilorin and relevant education authorities to address the prolonged delay in issuing certificates to affected NTI–UNILORIN graduates. Many of us completed our programmes, met the required conditions and graduated, yet we are still unable to obtain our certificates. Graduates from several sets, including 2017 to 2024, say the delay has affected job applications, career progression, further studies and other opportunities that require proof of qualification. We are asking the institutions to clearly state the status of the outstanding certificates, identify the affected sets and provide a definite timeline for collection. We seek transparency and a practical solution through peaceful engagement and a formal petition.
