HR Officer Needed in Ajao Estate, Lagos

A full-time HR Officer is needed for a hybrid role in Ajao Estate, Lagos. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with three onsite days and two remote days weekly. The successful candidate will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR policy compliance, performance reviews, staff training, payroll inputs and leave administration. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, three to four years of generalist HR experience, and a sound knowledge of Nigerian labour regulations. Professional HR certification is an advantage. The net monthly salary is ₦150,000, slightly negotiable, with benefits.
