Junior Research Assistant Role Available on Lagos Island

IgweChart is hiring a full-time Junior Research Assistant for its Research and Market Intelligence team on Lagos Island. The role is open to recent graduates and applicants with up to two years of experience. The successful candidate will support financial-market research, organise and validate market data, maintain research spreadsheets and charts, document signal operations, and carry out quality-control checks. Training will be provided in research processes, Excel or Google Sheets workflows, TradingView and documentation standards. Applicants should hold a degree or HND in an analytical discipline and have strong numerical ability, attention to detail and good communication skills. NYSC completion or exemption is required where applicable. The probation salary is ₦150,000 monthly, increasing to ₦180,000 after confirmation, with possible performance incentives. The role is primarily on-site during probation, with possible hybrid work later based on performance.
