UNIOFFA Briefs Offa LG Chairman on Maiden Convocation Plans
The University of Offa (UNIOFFA) management has briefed the Chairman of Offa Local Government Area on plans for the institution’s maiden convocation ceremony, scheduled for October 2026. The ceremony will celebrate the university’s pioneer graduates. The university also announced plans to confer a Distinguished Personality Award on the council chairman for his contributions to Offa’s development. Activities will begin with a press briefing on October 7 and include job training, an exhibition, sports, special prayers and a development-plan launch. The grand finale will hold on October 12, following the investiture of the Olofa of Offaland as UNIOFFA Chancellor.
