In a joint social media post, they said a private separation helped them realise their strongest bond is as friends and co-parents. They praised each other’s support and said their five-year-old son remains at the centre of their lives. The couple also said they look forward to continuing their work together at Muniz Racing. Muniz, who returned to stock-car racing in 2023 after injury, competes in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.
