Speeding Lexus Jeep Kills Two GSS Yangoji Students in FCT
Two students of Government Secondary School, Yangoji, Kwali Area of the FCT, were killed on Tuesday afternoon when a speeding Toyota Lexus jeep lost control and struck them as they headed home after school. A witness told Daily Trust the vehicle, registered PJHR 943, was travelling at high speed around 2:54 pm when it mounted the pavement and hit the victims. Two other students sustained injuries in the crash. An FRSC official confirmed the fatalities and said the bodies were released to relatives for burial. The injured were taken to Kwali General Hospital, and the driver and vehicle are now with the Kwali Police Division for investigation.
