Unsolicited Job Interview Invitations: Should I Be Concerned?
I applied for several jobs through a recruitment platform, but I received interview invitations from two companies I did not apply to. One of the invitations has been confirmed as a scam. The other company has very little information available online, and I received three separate emails from them for different roles. That made me suspicious. The emails provided interview venues in Ifako-Ijaiye and Egbeda, Lagos. Has anyone had dealings with these companies or received similar invitations? I think recruitment platforms need stronger screening to protect job seekers.
