He said the old cash system lost half of the airport’s revenue to ‘big men.’ He noted a federal directive banning cash collections at all agencies. A hybrid payment model is now live but will soon be phased out. The president has given him a deadline to go fully cashless. Keyamo warned he will sack anyone who frustrates the rollout. He has taken personal control after leaving details to FAAN. The move follows President Tinubu’s decision to pause the cashless policy earlier this year.
