Keyamo Urges Jonathan to Reject Turaki-Led PDP’s 2027 Ticket

Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo has asked former President Goodluck Jonathan to refuse the presidential ticket offered by the Tanimu Turaki-led PDP faction. He pointed out that this group is not recognised by INEC and accused them of dragging Jonathan into a pointless charade. In a post on X, Keyamo called the move a “bizarre comedy” by supposed adults and said it could harm Jonathan’s global reputation. He urged the ex-president to issue a clear “no, thank you” statement to protect his image.

I'm not convinced Jonathan needs to take orders from Turaki or anyone who lacks official recognition from the electoral commission.
