Imo Police Arrest Woman Accused of Assaulting 13-Year-Old Girl in Her Care
Police in Imo State have arrested a woman accused of severely assaulting a 13-year-old girl in her care. The girl was rescued after reports that she was beaten with a stick, leaving her eyes badly swollen. She has been taken to hospital for treatment. The suspect is reportedly from Udi, Enugu State, while the child is also from Enugu. Police investigation is ongoing.
