Actor Kenneth Okonkwo Complains As Cattle Obstruct Human Movement In FCT (Photos, Video) "How Can Humans And Animals Be Struggling For Right Of Way?" - Actor Kenneth Okonkwo Asks Taking to his Instagram handle, the actor shared a video of himself walking in the middle of a herd of cattle and asked why that should be the case. He added that Nigeria needs to develop to the point of engaging in ranching and animal husbandry. He wrote; > "This is why ranching is both desirable and inevitable.
