NAF Jets Neutralise Scores of Insurgents, Destroy Terrorist Bases in Jilli, Borno
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has intensified its counter-terrorism campaign in the North-East. On April 11, jets from Operation Hadin Kai carried out precision strikes against fleeing insurgents around the Jilli axis in Borno. According to Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, the follow-up mission was based on credible intelligence and coordinated closely with ground troops. The operation disrupted terrorist movements and denied them freedom of action in the difficult terrain. Ejodame noted that these air-ground integration efforts have delivered steady gains. The NAF remains committed to surveillance, rapid response and precision targeting to safeguard communities and restore lasting peace in the region.
