Lagos police are investigating the killing of Samson, an automotive mechanic who was reportedly lured from his workshop in the Warike Estate area to Abijo, Ibeju-Lekki, for a supposed Mercedes-Benz repair job. He was allegedly led into a bush after arriving and attacked. Residents said suspected cultists may be linked to the incident, although this has not been confirmed by police. Police said Samson's family reported him missing after he became unreachable. Detectives have visited his home and are tracking his phone as investigations continue.
