Abia State Governor Alex Otti has inaugurated Emenike Vincent Onyembi as Senior Special Assistant on National Assembly Matters. The ceremony was held on October 19, 2026, at the Michael Okpara Auditorium in Umuahia. Onyembi is expected to serve as a liaison between the Abia State Government and the National Assembly. He said he would use his legislative experience to advance Abia’s priorities at the federal level and pursue cooperation that could support development projects in the state.
