Ado-Ekiti Labourer Threatens Boss Over Insults to Prophet Muhammad
Tension erupted at a construction site in Ado-Ekiti after a Hausa-speaking labourer warned he would kill anyone who insults Prophet Muhammad. The confrontation began when his employer questioned comments the worker made about defending the Prophet. A video shows the boss repeatedly asking if the labourer would really commit murder. The worker angrily replied that anyone who insults the Prophet deserves death and would go straight to paradise. The employer then dismissed him and warned him never to return. During the altercation, the boss also challenged the worker over his religious beliefs and even mocked his hairstyle. The labourer insisted he had no links to extremist groups but remained firm that killing over insults to the Prophet was justified.
