The most important asset of the President is his name, his reputation. And on it lies his glory and honour. People do not need to come close to the President to know how valuable his name or reputation is, they see it through his people. It is the citizens that project the reputation of the President through words, actions or appearance. Presidents who therefore value their reputations should focus on making his people look good; that is how a ruler can genuinely work on his reputation. Any President who thinks the People's countenance don't matter is an ill-advised one; his reputation is in line with the state of the people he presides over. A president's reputation travels faster than his legs or his aircraft, no matter where he is headed to. And any President who doesn't care about his reputation will end up in the bins of history. No matter how foreigners act in your presence as a President, what actually talks to them about your glory, your honour or your greatness is your people back home.
