Man Arrested After Alleged Killing of Girlfriend in Warri Community
In the early hours of Tuesday, June 23, a man allegedly killed his girlfriend at his home on Ajidi Street in Edjeba, Warri South LGA, Delta State. The landlord heard screams and alerted security operatives. On arrival, police found the woman’s body bearing severe injuries and evacuated her remains to a mortuary. The suspect was arrested and taken into custody for questioning. The Delta State Police Command spokesman said investigations are ongoing and could not confirm reports linking him to internet fraud.
