International Day of Peace: PSAC Urges Nigerians to Choose Dialogue Over Division
The Peace and Social Advancement Centre has urged Nigerians to promote dialogue, inclusion and peaceful engagement while addressing political, economic and social challenges. Marking the 2026 International Day of Peace, the organisation said lasting peace requires justice, dignity, trust, equal opportunities and institutions that address grievances fairly. It called on families, communities, religious and traditional leaders, political actors, civil society groups and citizens to work together to prevent violence, respect differences and strengthen social cohesion across the country.
